What My 15-Month Toddler Eats in A Day

What My 15-Month Toddler Eats in A Day

I haven’t posted about Little B’s meals in a while but here is a sample menu of the meals she’s had in the past few days in case you’d like to serve any of these to your baby.

Do keep in mind Little B is already 15 months old so her nutritional needs may be different from your baby. Also,  she drinks milk separately from her meals (her preference, not mine).

What My Toddler Eats in A Day

Breakfast
sliced banana (half or whole, depending on size)
toast with grass-fed butter
half a hard boiled egg with a very light sprinkle of Himalayan pink salt (sometimes a whole egg is she didn’t have banana)
water

Lunch
sliced grapes as appetizer while I get the food ready
spaghetti cacio e pepe (she eats it with her fingers)
side of crunchy sautéed broccoli with garlic
water

Snack
string cheese
green peas

Dinner
cubed peached as appetizer while I get the food ready
basmati rice with cumin
Cuban-style black beans
cubed avocado
water

You may notice a lack of cookies/candy/soda/juice here. Cookies are an occasional treat only (maybe once a week). Little B does not consume candy or drink soda.

She doesn’t like the taste of processed juice (not even Welsh’s grape juice) but will happily drink fresh juice, especially the one we make with greens, carrots, celery and beets (her favorite).

Do you have any questions? I’d love to hear from you.
